They might let a visitor know about an arrest a block away, the sale of a home down the street and reviews of nearby restaurants.

    Let’s face it. The Internet and other technologies are making paper media obsolete. There will be memory cards loaded with news and magazines in place of physical newspaper racks everywhere. We have the technology and just need the price point to drop to where people will be able to afford the switch, however most cell phones have the Internet and new right on their phone, so really, how long will this future technology last?
